Sit Ups a Prefect Way to Six pack Abs
One of the major and most commonly done exercise to get perfect six pack abs is to do sit ups. Mentioned below are certain steps you have to follow while doing sit ups:

Firstly take the following position: first lie on to the floor and place your feet on the floor and knees up and place your fingers behind your ears or cross hands on your chest. Then sit up lifting up your shoulder blades and lower back off the floor and then lower down and repeat this process again and again. Once you fell comfortable and ease of doing it you can even add certain more challenges to it. You can also perform it on an exercise ball or on an incline bench. Once you will be able to do it with ease then you can switch to weighted sit ups which are done by holding certain amount of weight on chest while performing sit ups. When this too became a simpler task for you, then you can try for heavier weights too.
You can also try lifting up of your feet off the ground by doing sit ups or you can even try moving your legs in alternating way like you are pretending to pedal up in the air.
